What is Naturopathy

Naturopathy is based on the body's innate ability to heal itself.  Things found in nature:  pure water, clean air, sunlight, wholesome food, proper nutrition, exercise, rest, positive thinking, relaxation and healing plants work to put the body into balance.

Naturopathy has been used for thousands of years, and focuses on the whole person, basic science and prevention.  The key to naturopathy is to improve detoxification, circulation, elimination, and nutrition to help the body heal itself.
